The CSHL started in 2018 with the goal of gathering a group each week to play street hockey. It was just like being a kid again!  We quickly realized we had the drive, skills, and friendships that could make this idea so much bigger, and that’s how our non-profit started!  Our ultimate goal is to promote hockey, assist Northern KY with projects (clean-ups, festivals, etc), and create an organization that everyone feels welcome no matter race, color, creed or skill sets.  We have raised over $55,000 since our inception and have since put over $24,000 into our new home at Barb Cook Park.  CSHL celebrated the ribbon cutting of Barb Cook with the City of Covington in Spring of 2021. We’ve partnered with the Cincinnati Cyclones to bring hockey to the neighboring youth.  We also have sponsorships from local breweries and businesses that have helped us reach our goals.
